Public libraries are essential pillars in any community, but the Leanna Hicks Public Library of Inkster is special.

The pride that you have for your city is palpable; it fuels my service. I’m committed to offering robust quality programming for all ages, exposure to new and emerging technologies that will increase opportunities, thoughtful collaborations and partnerships to expand your professional and personal networks, and joyful experiences to add to your memory bank.

I encourage you to fully engage with your library. We want to hear your ideas! Challenge yourself to read a new author, attend a different program, or just come and make new friends. I’m excited for what’s to come.
